Our goal is to create sustainable value for our customers and business partners. Over the years, the Company has focused on enhancing its organizational capabilities, particularly this year, as we have intensified our Al-First business strategy. This commitment not only boosts productivity for developers but also enhances efficiency and transforms the way users work, achieving maximum effectiveness. Furthermore, it allows us to create new value for the corporate clients we serve.
Additionally, the Company has expanded its business scope by forming a joint venture to develop software for the automotive industry. This marks a significant step in building a comprehensive ecosystem that meets the rapidly changing demands of the industrial sector. In 2024, a year filled with economic challenges and intense competition, the Company has maintained its leadership role in Digital Transformation by leveraging Al-Driven Low-Code technology to develop solutions that enable our clients’ businesses to adapt quickly, remain flexible, and be prepared for ongoing changes.
Our success this year is also reflected in the 5th Investors’ Choice Award for 2024, where the Company proudly achieved a perfect score of 100 points in the evaluation of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) quality by the Thai Investors Association (TIA). This award reaffirms our commitment to transparency, efficiency, and adherence to good corporate governance principles.

The year 2024 has proven to be a challenging one for both the national and global economies due to various factors, including the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, geopolitical tensions and conflicts affecting the global economy, domestic economic volatility, and the rapid evolution of technology. Despite these challenges, TBN Corporation Public Company Limited remains steadfast in its commitment to driving business under a sustainable growth strategy. We focus on creating added value in both economic and social dimensions while adhering to the principles of Good Corporate Governance and taking responsibility for the environment, society, and all stakeholders. This approach aims to establish a strong foundation for future development.

Over the past year, the Company has achieved remarkable success in several areas. In terms of corporate governance, we received a perfect score of 100 points in the 2024 AGM Checklist evaluation for listed companies and were honored with the 5th Investors’ Choice Award by the Thai Investors Association (TIA). Additionally, the Company was rated at the “Excellent” level in the 2024 Corporate Governance Report (CGR) for listed companies by the Thai Institute of Directors (Thai IOD).
