IT Manager
Mendix is a model-driven development platform. Instead of writing code line by line, developers create applications by building visual models of their business logic, data structures, and user interfaces. The platform then automatically translates these models into executable code.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the presales team to support sales goals and drive business growth.
- Develop high-impact proposals, POCs, and presentations for clients.
- Develop a cost sheet and perform cost calculations to account for all requirements and risks, ensuring the coverage of all aspects to meet the company's standard gross profit and maximize margins.
- Strategize and align solutions with client needs and business objectives.
- Coordinate with partners/vendors to deliver effective software solutions.
- Guide and mentor the presales team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
- Engage with C-level executives, presenting technical and business solutions.
- Work closely with Sales and Technical teams to ensure alignment and execution of presales activities.
- Support new products and act as the new product owner in a sandbox environment.
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
